Pretty Please is all about beautiful, seasonal flowers made just for you. Every bouquet is created to order using blooms I've personally hand-selected from the flower market, meaning each arrangement is fresh, unique, and inspired by what's looking its best that week.

Deliveries take place Saturday and Sunday between 8AM-6PM.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Ideally, submit your bouquet enquiry 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

  2. I'll review your order and send through an invoice to confirm availability.

  3. Once your invoice is paid your order is locked in.

  4. I'll hand-pick your flowers from the market, thoughtfully arrange your bouquet, and deliver it with lots of Pretty Please love.

Every bouquet arrives beautifully wrapped in Pretty Please's signature wrap, finished with delicate tissue and a complimentary gift card for your personalised message.

  • Absolutely. Submit an enquiry or simply email me at hello@prettypleaseflowers.com.au and I’ll let you know if I have the stock to create your bouquet.

    As Pretty Please grows, I'll be able to keep a wider range of flowers on hand, which means I'll gradually be able to offer shorter lead times and accommodate more last-minute orders.

  • Unfortunately, at this stage I’m unable to deliver to hospitals or universities, but I do deliver to schools. If your order is being delivered to a school, detailed instructions on how to locate the reception would be greatly appreciated.

  • As an independent florist, I have the time to give every bouquet the care and attention it deserves, from hand-selecting each stem to wrapping it beautifully before it heads out the door. It's a slower, more considered way of working, but I think that's exactly what makes receiving flowers so special.

  • As a baby florist, I’m still learning, growing and refining my style with every bouquet I make. Flowers are also incredibly personal, so occasionally what I create may not be quite what you had pictured and that’s okay!

    At this stage, I’m unable to offer refunds. However, if you’re genuinely unhappy with your bouquet, please get in touch. I’d be happy to offer a voucher towards your next Pretty Please bouquet, where we can work a little more closely together on your preferences to create something that feels much more you.

  • Nature is unpredictable! One of my very first bouquet orders came with a surprise aphid infestation that made the flowers completely undeliverable, not exactly the market haul I had planned.

    Thankfully, I have some wonderful friends within the floral industry, so if something unexpected happens, I can usually get my hands on replacement flowers or, if absolutely necessary, pass your order on to another trusted florist.

    Once I accept your order, it’s my responsibility to fulfil it, and I’ll always go above and beyond to make sure your recipient receives their thoughtful gift. And if there’s a hiccup along the way, you can expect a few extra stems tucked in as a little apology from me.
